我选的是B，现在发现错的很离谱，但是答案选A我也不是很明白。
复数主语与复数谓语，但是宾语是a bicycle，这不存在不一致问题么？
其次我其实也不是很明白three out of every four automobile owners到底是算复数主语么？怎么看？

B的确错的离谱啊~~~呵呵
主谓一致，a bicycle 不影响啊，主语是owners，谓语要和主语一致，至于拥有一辆还是十辆不影响的
three out of every four automobile owners，即四分之三的owners，主语是复数形式
如果是 one out of every four automobile owners, 就是单数形式了
看看白勇语法讲主谓一致的那章很清楚的

这个题目我比较纠结的是，A的说法说的不是说三个人共有一辆自行车的吗？

Three out of every four Nepalis have mobile. 这句是网上bing搜到的，看来这个句表达是多种多样的，其实上面那句话说，每四个人中3个有一辆自行车。

如果用own bicycles的话，是有歧义的，是每个人都有很多车的意思。
