Here shares with you two interview experience with TAMU and Uni. of Iowa. Hope to help those who target at second tier schools.

TAMU first- lasted for 20 minutes

Main Qs: 1. Why do you change jobs often? (Spent a lot of time to persuade the interviewer)

              2. What's your goal after graduation? What's your interested industry? Do you wanna go back working for &&(current employer)?

              3. Why MBA? Why MAYS?

              4. What other schools have you applied? How would you choose if you are accepted by both?

              5. Any questions I may answer for you?

Uni. of Iowa- Lasted for 16 mins

Main Qs: 1. Describe the most recent two jobs.

               2. How would your colleagues describe you?

               3. What is the biggest chanllege you face at work? How do you solve them?

               4. What do you think is the biggest difficult for you to get adjusted to MBA study?

               5. What's your goal after graduation?

               6. Questions I may answer for you.

Iowa这么短的时间。是不是MM语速太快了，在5个问题中说了很多内容？是那个Mary女士面视吗？气氛怎样？

同事评价自己的这一个问题好象不好说多吧？

或许吧 我这个人说话一向比较快

是Mary面的 感觉她挺有耐心 不会在你还没说完以前打断你 相对TAMU，气氛更加轻松

同事如何评价你其实是“what are your strengths"的另一个问法 选两三个自己最明显的优点来讲就OK了

With regards to the question "why do you change your job so often?" What was your answer? I have also worked for 5 companies during the past 6 years. I may also face the same question as you did.
