答案是B，没问题
只是句子中的 that they prevent..意思不是很确定。
这里是应该是个限制性定语从句，修饰的是virus. they 指代vaccines 前句表达的意思是大部分的疫苗源于相同的弱的或者已死病毒。（这些疫苗可以预防病毒）...翻译得太烂了······不知道是不是这样的结构

还有strains of the same virus that A of b that,定于从句是修饰A 还是B 还是AB名词短语啊··？

这里的prevent 应该是修饰 strains 的，of the same virus 只是用来限定strains 的范围的。
像 A of B that 这样的结构，按语法上讲 that 修饰 A 或 B 都可以，但是没有一起修饰AB的情况，但是按逻辑语意上再来判断到底是修饰A 还是B。其实做题有时候，不必这么在意这个细节，但是如果 A of B 中的 A 和 B 一个是复数另一个是单数情况的话，这时候就要考察 prevent 动词到底是修饰哪个成分，以便判断动词的单复数问题。
