希望有人能够帮助我解答我的疑惑，每一个看这个帖的人都心想事成。

我在复习OG SC的时候，对于替代和指代产生了很模糊，一团糟的情况，

……解释说这个that指代前面的FOODs 所以不对。为什么that直接跳到指代前面的foods呢，而不是就近的chemical preservatives呢。
我知道语义说不通，但我想了解 that 的指代，到底是指代哪个位置？怎么判断它是指代什么？

那这里的三个company都是指的一个company吗？
