虽然我能从其他方面排除BCDE，但我对E有一个疑问，就是A technique that....and has the ability这样的结构算不算结构上出现了问题，可以被纳入错误点的范围内?因为that后面跟的was...和has都是修饰technique的，所以and has 前面按照平行也应该加上that?不知道我这样理解有没有错
