伴随状语和现在分词后置定语的一道题

答案是A，但是我选C了。其他的问题暂且不说，我想问有关 SVO，doing 做伴随状语和现在分词做后置定语的区别。我选C的主要因素就是我把growing 当成现在分词做后置定语了，但是看了语法笔记里面说，这里的growing是做便随状语。我很不理解。这里为什么不能修饰killer whale呢？做后置定语修饰。我判断现在分词后置定语的主语依据就是看句意，但是很明显这样是不对的。请教大家一下，谢谢。想麻烦大家帮我补一下知识点。谢谢

这道题看到C中的Being基本上就有95%的把握排除了，在GMAT语法题中Being一般都作为干扰选项，印象中只有极少数的题出现Being的选项会是正确的。
现在分词在句尾一般有两种功能：作整个句子的伴随状语；作后置定语修饰紧临的名词。
逻辑表达，现在分词结构在句尾可作定语修饰紧临的名词，也可作状语修饰整个句子，所以在这种情况下需要特别注意，通常优先作定语修饰名词，如果不符合逻辑，则是作状语修饰句子，如果二者都能理解符合逻辑，则说明该分词结构有修饰歧义。
这道题C growing除了做定语修饰killer whale, 还可以理解为修饰整个句子，此时逻辑主语就变成了The 32 species，出现歧义，不妥
不过我认为一般GMAT语法题非正确的选项都会有至少两个的错误点，这道题用Being的点完全就可以排除C了

最好不要再用being最为排除项的参考，OG里面已经明确说明being也有可能是对的。

and作为并列的提示，说明include和are并列，删除D、E，剩下就是grow在这里到底什么作用，大家要仔细看逗号啊，如果有逗号，如上说明是2种可能1）伴随；2）,which 从句。伴随是指伴随主语的动词，难道这里伴随include啊？！！！当然不是，所以选A
