我知道排除法可以选出C来，但是为什么不是 Icelanders publish more books per capita than the people of any other nation do呢？可以把do提前吗？在以前的笔记中只看到有tina runs faster than i do;没有见到tina runs faster than do i?难道这里是倒装吗，有没有大牛给我讲讲。。。感激不尽

两种表达在英文中是有优劣的，提前动词do在这里不但没有错，而且用得恰到好处！
因为原句强调比较的对象是icelander publish和the people of any other nation publish.
比较的对象是publish的动作，如果把do放到句尾，由于其主语people of any other nation这么长的结构，最后比较的重心就没有了，为了避免这样的头重脚轻的表达才把do提前的。这是GMAT对于concise和efficient要求的经典诠释。
如果do的主语和icelander一样短，比如Chinese ，这里就没有理由前置了。

比较中含有publish，所以用do代替，使得比较成分完整且恰到好处。
