我想也只是also 不是连词的注意点～

B 之所以错，我想第一，并列上的错误，此句中and 应该用来并列两个在 that 之后的分句～

第二，很明显，就是both ——and——的固定用法～

and also 不一定错，分册上63题有解释到“the two effects,stated in parallel ways,could simply be linked by and also”,不过这里的能用and also是在not only...but also中可以省略not only

where'd you hear that "and also" is always redundant?
you may not ever have seen "and also" in a correct SC answer, but there are certainly situations in which it is acceptable.
e.g.
I brought the chicken you requested, and also a side order of fried rice.
there's nothing "incorrect" or "redundant" about and also here. the point of using it is clear: it emphasizes the idea that i brought more than what you asked for.

here, they're doing the same sort of thing -- placing extra emphasis on the fact that the cultural preservation has been attributed to two different things.
