The termination of your employment will not invalidate or affect any claim which the company may have against you nor will it invalidate or affect any terms and conditions of your employment which are expressed to have continuing effect after termination of your employment. In the event that you are or have given notice to terminate your employment the company may during the notice period require you to perform only such duties as it may allocate to you, require you not to perform any of you duties and/or exclude you from the company’s premises provided that during that period your salary and other benefits shall not cease to be paid or provided to extent that you are contractually entitled to them.
