想了解当今中国，成为优秀职业经理人所需要具备的能力？怎样培养中西合璧的高效领导力？如何使用不同类型的领导力笑傲于江湖？还等什么，万事具备，只欠“东锋”。这期的大鹏论坛有幸邀请到曾任中国宝洁，万科高管，现任恒大副总裁陈东锋先生。通过他自身经历和独特的案例分享，会让我们对高效的领导力有更新的认识。
主讲嘉宾介绍: 陈东锋先生 Mr. Dongfeng Chen
-       现任恒大集团副总裁，曾任万科集团副总裁、宝洁公司公司(大中华区)信息与决策方案部/全球服务事业部总监。
-       2004、2006年两次被《IT经理世界》和国际数据中心IDC评为中国“Top 5 CIO”（杰出首席信息官）。2007年获得中国连锁经营协会“第二届中国连锁业成就奖”。
-       曾任社会职务：中国高效消费者响应/供应链管理委员会副主任，中国连锁经营协会品类管理专家、信息技术委员会副主任，深圳/ 珠三角房地产CIO联盟理事长，中山大学管理学院EMBA讲师。
