我选C, 大家选那个？A感觉不好，但也说不出理由。讨论一下吧。

A is not right in my mind, because a comma should be inserted between promised and guaranteed, if both the past participle wordings function as adjective to modify quality.

Additionally, I think the elliptical part may be important for us to determine which one is the right answer.

B is better.

A. promised guranteed 语义重复

B. promising 的逻辑主语是 dealership， guranteed ... 是 promising 的宾语，没有歧义

C, 限制修饰, 看不出有什么不妥啊, 感觉B,C比较难取舍, A不好吧, 介词短语在句末不知作定语还是状语

恩，这道题主要是Ｂ，Ｃ难取舍，如果没有什么差别的话就应该按简洁原则选Ｂ。但是还有犹豫。哪位ＮＮ来指点一下。

A不对, with在这里表伴随逻辑不对.

选B还是C, 要看…services, 倒底是什么.
