香港大学网申网上信用卡支付出现问题

各位大牛，我正在准备申请港大的master,网申时，用信用卡支付时输入正常卡号、有效期限、姓名栏后面最后三位安全码，但按提交之后网页显示支付不成功，原因是Such credit card does not enroll to "MasterCard SecureCode" customer authentication，我是用中行双币卡信用卡，支持master支付，人民币同美元账户余额都有钱，不知道大牛们有没有遇到这样的情况？该怎么处理呢？？

详细的显示如下：

Verified by VISA / Master Secure Code

This payment website supports Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode

You might be redirected to your card issuing bank and required to enter a password for authentication. Please contact your card issuing bank for service details.

Such credit card does not enroll to "MasterCard SecureCode" customer authentication. Transaction cancelled. Please use another card for payment.

那边好像只能刷工行和招行的VISA吧！不确定，记得在看CUHK的注意事项上看到过！

同问，我用兴业银行mastercard交申请费的时候，出现You might be redirected to your card issuing bank and required to enter a pasword for authentication .please contact your card issuing bank for service details.怎么回事呀？
