答案说A错在A pioneer journalist修饰exploits.我很疑惑B选项也是用exploits修饰pioneer journalist呀？？介宾结构式修饰不到of里面的名词的呀？？？

a pioneer Journalist是人，所以必须是Nellie Bly而不是Nellie Bly's exploits;

嗯。我也同意必须是人。但是我觉得B选项因为有一个of，所以a pioneer journalist 修饰的是exploits.
