University of Houston (Bauer College of Business)面经与注意事项

今天中午面试了University of Houston (Bauer College of Business)。在这里跟大家分享下心得：

UH的面试采用的是学校自己的Interviewstream系统，并非face to face。系统随机抽取问题然后，播放提问视频，播放完成后有3秒准备时间，然后就是1分30秒的回答时间（像TOEFL口语部分的感觉）。一共7-8个问题，节奏很快，一个接一个。由于没有与面试官的互动，所以感觉会很别扭，事先准备扯得淡用不上了。申请Bauer的同学请注意。

面经：

1，Why the Bauer College of Business, and whyis it a good fit for you?
2，How did you choose your undergraduatemajor, and do you feel your grades are an accurate reflection of your abilities?
3，How will you use your personal strengthsand experiences to enrich the Bauer MBA community during your time in ourprogram? What role will ethics play in your Bauer experience?
4，What brings you the greatest joy?
5，What is your experience with conflict?Please describe a time when you worked in a difficult team or with a difficultperson. What did you do to resolve the issue?
6，How are you distinct from other candidates?
7，How do you manage multiple responsibilities?Describe a time when you had multiple projects due at the same time. How didyou handle this? What was the outcome?

注意：
1，时间控制：之前准备的基本是3分钟左右的答案。但是UH只给你1分30秒（面试邮件里没有告诉我，等我登入系统才看到）。所以大家一定要注意把握时间。
2，Interviewstream是学校给商科学生做模拟测试用的。如果你能联系到校友用他们帐号给你提前登入感觉下可能面试效果更好（操作是否可行不确定，只能YY）。

G: 630 T: 945年国内IT行业市场销售方面的工作经验。

这个学校，我去实地看过。地理位置不错，排名一般。我比较看重所在地，方便就业，所以申了试试。
