首先AB中almost修饰expect是不对的。BC里expect的用法也错误

E中，which的指代不对。可是OG里面还说 the conditional verb form would thus be providing is unnecessarily wordy.不太理解这句话是什么意思。只是单纯的想说这句话很冗长吗？还有，哪个大牛来指点下 would be providing用在这里时态是不是有错？be providing是不对的吗求助。。。。。。。。。。

E中首先指代不对，先忽略这个问题，强行说“production would be providing...”，说provide用进行时就显得awkward的了。

有了expect to do/expected that等等，这就是表明要对将来进行推测。
然后就出现了假设，然后就是虚拟语气 ...

bc中it will double 明显逻辑错，it指代产能不是人不能发出double这个动作，只能被人double，

产量翻番可以用动词double。

(B) almost expected that it will double by the end of the year, thus providing （almost位置错误，be expected that it，太啰嗦it本来就指代production，用从句重复重复一遍主语没有必要，thus doing修饰it还是修饰production？）
(C) expected that it will almost double by the end of the year to provide （be expected that it太啰嗦，it will double to do这里to provide表达it的目的逻辑错误）
(D) expected almost to double by the end of the year and thus to provide（结构简洁，thus一词很好的反映了COMMA＋VERBdoing所想表达的结果，GMAT里正确的答案总是无懈可击的，SC的答案可以通过排除法确定，但答案不是比较出来的。）
(E) expected almost to double by the end of the year, which would thus be（which不能指代句子）
