求解有关于og13的sc部分的T7和T20有关所有格+v-ing结构的问题！！真心求解。。。

就是在og13综合的sc部分，T7的D选项 “scientists' assuming " ，答案给出的解释“the use of assuming with the possessive is unwarranted"，所以该选项错误。可是T120的C选项却说“human being's burning"是正确的。。两题是不是矛盾了呀？那带V-ing的所有格形式的短语是正确的表达吗？

这么说吧，以前也一直听说过和看到过这种说法：所有格形式的现在分词结构在GMAT中是错误的。但通过大量的例题，我觉得并不是这么回事，在很多情况下这种用法是可以的。关键不在于这种结构本身的对错，而是在于它在句子中的运用是不是符合句子的意思。

比如T7，scientists’ assuming 本身没什么大的问题，但它和that从句一起就够成了一个不合理的定语从句。这违背了句子原来要阐述一个重要理论的意愿，把that后面的一大段语句降格成了修饰assuming。这是不合理的，所以说scientists’ assuming在这里用的有问题。

而120，我们从整个句子结构和逻辑意思出发，就不难发现只有C选项才是最正确的表达了人类的活动是真凶的的句子，所以这里human beings’ burning 是对的。

记得后面那个题human being's burning说的是人类烧的行为导致了巴拉巴拉
前面那个题不记得了，

我也觉得那个所有格形式的现在分词结构在GMAT中是错误的说的太绝对了，现在我明白了，谢谢你哈，打了这么多字！！！第一次发帖子问问题就被回答了，好开心！
