认真请教NN，LZM的语法E7-34

今天做LZM的语法E7-34，发现了这个问题，请教一下大家的高见。我开始是选E，但是后来看到helped established 觉得好象没有这个用法吧，应该是help (to) do或help doing啊，所以选D了，但是答案是E，但是E有没有问题呢？
