攒人品来了！
和大家一样事先准备了很多问题和故事，到时候可以用到的很少。Kelly面试的，人真的很好。我skype信号很不好，面了才10分钟就断了， 连了15分钟连不上。后来重新打过去的。建议大家真心找一个信号好的地方，另外skype里面冲一点点数，这样实在不行还能打他们landline。
问的问题：
- walk me throught resume
- current role->go to detail
- any situation can not meet people's expectation?
- what did you do? what did you learn?
- what can you contribute to Tepper?
- team work? leadership? Something you are prund of in team work?
- what did you learn from your professional life?
- short term goal? what if you can not be in that industry?
别紧张，我一紧张英语说得飞快，现在想来还后悔。Kelly人很不错，还安慰我让我不要担心skype，后来聊的时间还有点久， running overtime了。。哎。。。bad signal
