I think I would purchase a business ratherthan a house.

The function of a house is to provide aplace for people to live, so does that of an apartment. Renting an apartment ismuch more cheaper than buying a house. In modern China, especially in coastalcities, prices of real estate are rather expensive. Ordinary people will be in debtfor approximately fifty years if they want to purchase an apartment that issuitable for a family to live. Only rich people can afford houses in urbancities. The majority of young people who work in cities are renting apartments.To own a house is rather costly. Ordinary citizens will sacrifice a lot ofwealth to purchase a house and owing to limited income they have to give upother things they want to buy. The fact in China is that if we choose to purchasea house, we will become slaves of the house and we will have limited lifechoices.

Purchasing a business is totally adifferent story. Although taking business is risky, if we nurture it well, wewill get a rather considerable return. For ambitious people, taking care of abusiness is a career that he or she will fight for, some even for a life time. Thereare a range of business types to choose from. Investing a business we areinterested in is like nursing a baby. We spend time and money to operate itwell and wish it to bring a good outcome. If we really make it a success, we willfeel proud of ourselves and enjoy life better and luckily enough, we will gaina fortune that is far more than the purchasing power of buying a house.
