这里while不是表转折，那么就是表示时间
表时间的话后面应该是跟一个时间点
但是从句看不出是一个时间点

E的完成时表示last year的事件对现在产生的影响，从这个角度也说得通，用完成时没有问题。
但是E的 have done 和doing 不并列。
D中两成分并列而且没有语病，所以C更好咯~
