答案是B,但我觉得是E，
如果average和income中间加了连字符，不是就变成一个形容词了吗？怎么能和unemployment并列？？？？？

E中的showing 在句子结构上表伴随修饰blacks：
blacks generally are aware of A showing as wide B as ever.
