关于being用法的疑惑！！急！！

在愈发寂静整理帖子里下的文件里有一个关于being用法的总结，以下是关于being用法的第三种正确形式

第9题即是如此： The computer software being designedfor a project studying Native American access to higher education will not onlymeet the needs of that study, but also have the versatility and power tofacilitate similar research endeavors. (D-P10-15)
这里的being done相当于是software的后置定语，但是design和software之间又不是主谓关系，而是动宾关系，需要用被动，所以就多加了一个being，将doing的后置定语改成了being done的形式

不太明白，如果直接说the computer software designed for a project。。。。不行吗？也是做后置定语吧，加being不是多余了吗？转不过这个弯来不太懂TUT，后天就考了麻烦给我讲一下吧TUT

我参与讨论。

The computer software being designed for a project 中的being designed是被动的一个动词。
如果去掉being，那么The computer software designed for a project，后面的designed for a project,变成了一个形容词性的名词modifier.也是可以的。
我觉得去掉和留着都可以正确的。有being强调动作性～～
