OG上几点无法理解得点！求解释！！

这题选D, 窝当时也选对了，后来回来看选项解释时对B有些困惑，我排除的原因是不 parallel，可是og上说b选项wordy because" it creates a compound sentence by repeating the subject, using the proun "they "to refer to executives ." compound sentence定义是只要是有两个或两个以上主谓连接起来的复合句，
那我想问一下：1. 复合句里后面指代主语的they为什么不能再出现refer to主语？出现就是错的吗？gmat里是不prefer compound sentence吗？
                     2. 复合句之间连接的地方是可以直接连接还是需要逗号和其他连词分开？
比如以下4个： ”I want to get this job done , and I want to go shopping"
                     " I want to get this job done and I want to go shopping"
                        "I want to get this job done and go shopping"
                        “I want to get this job done , and go shopping"
                     第三个句子肯定是对的，剩下的几个呢？第一个从是否“run on”的角度看也是对的，2和4句是只是wordy还是根本就是错的？我感觉我已经越看越糊涂了。。（我觉得og上这类句子出现的太多啊！！）

这题选c，可是我觉得c不是run on吗？为什么可以选呢？这题就好像这个run on句子：" Mary wants to do it, she has a plan for it." 所以我不理解为啥选c。。。。

这题选d, 不懂： “that”这里是修饰前面三个“  technological stagnation,marketing missteps, and managerial blunders”还是只修饰blunders的？如果是修饰三个，that可以修饰一起三个名词吗？？在我的印象里that不是都只修饰前面跟的名词的吗？？？求解答！！

绰见：首先，1.4个句子，在gmat里的话只有1,3是对的，1有and连接不造成run-on，2没有comma的话，同一句句子相同成分要省略，3就是省略都的句子了，4同一个主语做了两件事情，中间不能有comma隔开产生歧义。

第二题的的话，后面是一个修饰成分不是一句句子，你把它看成句子了吧prevented是形容前面的energy而不是一个动词，所以没有run-on的错误

第三题的话，我也在疑惑，求大能解释

谢谢楼上！我还是有点不懂第2题的结构诶。。"its acoustic energy..." 这里的it就是指的前面的sound对吧？那就应该是一个句子啊。。感觉还是好混乱啊。。

我认为从句子结构上来说,下边这四种应该都是正确的
I do A and I do B,
I do A,and I do B
I do A and do B
I do A ,and do B
第一题中的they存在指代上的问题而不是不能指代主语，例如这句话是正确的；The children can go with us, or they can stay at home
第二题中后边并不是一个句子，而是一个独立结构，因为如果是一个句子的话，是一个被动句，缺少be动词

第一题那四个句子我也一直很confuse，不知道哪些到底是错哪些是对的og上也从没说过。。你说第一题b的they是指代模糊，因为它有可能指代conditions也有可能指代executives对吗？可是我有个疑问，they这种代词一般情况下到底是就近指代还是优先指代句子主语？我感觉我越来越糊涂了。。。盼答复～；）

你说的那个第四个句子我不敢说是对的，但是我觉得我说的第四个种结构应该没有问题。
至于代词的指代我不同意优先指代或者就近指代这样的说法，但是这处问题比较复杂建议你可以看一下我的一个贴子http://forum.chasedream.com/foru ... 2985&fromuid=809886
句子之间的指代如果有歧义无论如何都不对，句子内部之间的情况就复杂一些。
