A of B结构的疑问

选B，无异议。

这是“A 0f B，同位语”的结构。曼哈顿里面有详细说明，A of B that clause，that从句修饰A。
我的问题是，怎么判断A of B结构，应该跳跃修饰还是就近修饰？

我非常质疑 “A of B that clause，that从句修饰A” Manhattan书里哪一页说到这句话了？

我只记得在第12章名词修饰语不满足靠近原则的四个特例中有A of B that 修饰A的说法，而这只是特例

按照名词修饰语满足靠近原则，A of B that that就应该修饰B

A of B that clause 正常情况下clause应该修饰B的，lz最好给出在Manhattan这书哪里说了这句话了。
