A项比较结构错，要么是twice+名词，twice+as...as
B正确，比较对象women of color 与White women适合，比较结构twice+as...as正确
C比较对象错误，likelihood与 White women比较
D更不用说了，being多余
E比较结构错误，同A

此处的advise应该作“告知”译，一般后面接of，也可以是sb. that。个人觉得D选项不是因为being多余错误，而是因为advise sb of v+ing后面接一长串的表达不effective，of后面偏向接简单的名词或名词短语。

优先级advice后面有that从句的优先选从句，剩abc；likely同根词仍然有优先级，adj/adv同源词优于n，故likelihood的排除，最后剩b。。。语法中优先级的选择很有助于选择选项~

个人看法，a错是因为twice+the+n 应该是that they have twice the likelihood to getosteoarthritis of the knee that White women have，而不是用as 这里that 指 likelihood（虽然远了）
还有一直纠结advise，manhadon说虚拟语气，但是做“通知”讲时，可以advice sb of 或advice sb that，不用虚拟语气
