我想问的是如果D选项改成or anything 或者or anything that is 可以吗? 就是说去掉D选项中的现在完成时可以吗? 因为我不是很理解这里为什么要现在完成时?这里的现在完成时是不是必须的呢?

主句用的是现在完成时，而且不往食物中添加anything被synthesized的都应该是发生在use of the word “natural”之前的，所以用现在完成时吧！！！！！！！！

谢谢scots的回复。不过我感觉这里不能根据主句是现在完成时就决定后面用现在完成时，那么为什么后面的contain不用完成时而是一般现在时呢？

我觉得这里anything that has been synthesized是和additives, preservatives并列，做contain的宾语，而contain是一般现在时，我个人是感觉anything synthesized也是可以的，只是用anything that has been synthesized更清楚地表示了还包括一些过去被合成的东西。你看呢？ 多多讨论。
