状语从句的省略

OG13-134题，Recently implemented "shift-work equations" based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue among shift workers, and have raised production efficiency in various industries.

(A) fatigue among shift workers, and have raised

(B) fatigue among shift workers, and raised

(C) and fatigue among shift workers while raising

正确答案是C。

这里while raising是不是状语从句

下面是我从Prep08笔记里摘抄的：

（1）正确形式: 表示时间/条件/转折/让步的连词(when/while/if/unless/although/even though/even if) + 形容词短语/-ing短语/-ed短语

zhuang, 我提个小建议~ 虽然你着重讨论的是ABC三个选项，最好还是能够贴出完整的题目和官方答案。这是一个良好的习惯，看得人也可以顺便做一下这道题。
比如：

Recently implemented "shift-work equations" based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue among shift workers, and have raised production efficiency in various industries.
A fatigue among shift workers, and have raised
B fatigue among shift workers, and raised
C and fatigue among shift workers while raising
D lowered fatigue among shift workers, and raised
E and fatigue among shift workers was lowered while raising

OA: C （选中即可）

equations have reduced sickness, sleeping, and fatigue while raising production efficiency.
这里while raising我的理解是一个adverbial modifier, modifying the Subject and the whole main clause.
但不是一个从句，从句是clause。这里只是一个分词结构，前面加代表逻辑上含义的while, an adverb if you have to specify it.

另外我个人不建议prep语法笔记这种零散的、针对某些单一语法点的刻板总结。这些复杂的条条框框你放到考场上如何运用起来？
manhattan 是一本更适合语法初学者的书籍，不仅浅显易懂循序渐进。看完整本书还能帮助你去训练用英文思考的能力，单纯的英语理解力等等。
