总觉得d项错得离谱,b项应该正确,但反而答案的解释是b项and 的连接对象形式不对称.选了b作为正确答案

选D吧 find that ... 从句。当中ranging...是修饰unsafe conditions的
B当中的were unsafe中were多余，find sth. adj.,而且加了and确实把ranging和前面平行起来了，但是ranging的形式又错了。
E的话弄个分号把一句话拆分成两句了，改变了原来的意思。所以也不对。
