The artistRenoir’s last word was “flowers,” spoken as they arranged a bouquet of rosesjust picked from his garden in a vase on his bedroom windowsill.

A. as they arranged a bouquet of roses justpicked from his garden

B. as a bouquet of roses had been just pickedfrom his garden and was being arranged

C. as a bouquet of roses just picked from hisgarden was being arranged

D. during the arrangement of a bouquet of roses just picked from his garden

包子想知道为什么D不对噶
是因为 in a vase介词修饰问题嘛
还是说the arrangement of a bouquet of roses是双重所有格
还是说 during 用得不对
during的两个意思网上找的

DURING preposition

1.at some time between the beginning and theend of a period:
I woke up severaltimes during the night.

2.from the beginning to the end of a particular period

the arrangement of a bouquet of roses貌似不是双重所有格

a friend of Ann's 是双重所有格只找到这种形式的没有两个of那种结构的

应该是想强调同时性吧所以用as 表示艺术家说flower的同时发生的事情
如果用during 感觉在插花的整个过程中艺术家都在说 flower flower....
