Which of the following would you change to improve your health: 1. The kind of food you eat 2. The amount of exercise 3. The amount of stress. At the first glance of the topic I think I would rather to promote the amount of exercise in order to improve my health but after a further reflection I think the most important and helpful way is to reduce the amount of stress and I also think it real what I need on earth. As we all know that with the development of technology and economy the number of people who have mental illness is rising and it surely a serious problem which affect a lot of our life and health. Since almost every day we will have a great number of problems to deal with and a large part of work to finish if we do that under so much stress it will surely make us duffer a lot and work with less efficiency besides without a good mood everyday we will have much higher present to destroy our health. While as for the food we eat and the amount of exercise I think them play less vital roles than the stress. Because through do much more exercise can surely do good to our health but since we will do different works everyday and these works also can exercise us a lot so to some we may have already meet the need of the amount of exercise. In addition, the food we eat make almost the least effect on our health because all the food that we eat have already been checked and tested carefully so we would not worried so much about it. And in fact we almost have no method to ensure that what we eat is much more health. So in my opinion the most important thing that we can ensure our health is to reduce the stress since less stress contribute to a happy life and good mood so that we can surely much more health . |
