在太傻出的一本书上面看到的题目：

为了大家也练习一下，空个几行我再贴上标准答案和自己的困惑

正确答案是选D.
解释说ACE项优先排除因为缺乏谓语动词。这句话我就是看不懂。请各位路过的大神大牛指点迷津！！也不知道还有什么其它的语法错误可以排除？我能够凭感觉选出D，但是就是说不出个所以然来。。。
