首先根据that加从句的原则将范围缩小到a,e，但是A中的so secretly会不会被误认为只修饰intalled而不是operated而造成歧意？

平行结构中修饰成分的修饰对象一般原则是：

adj. + N1 and N2，则修饰语adj. 修饰N1和N2；

如果只想修饰N2，可以这样用：

N1 and adj. + N2。
