这里有道白勇上的语法题想请教一下大家，麻烦牛牛们帮忙看一看

正确选项是: Dozens of New York's small museums are devoted to local history or various ethnic groups, and there are also.
如果改成正确选项这个句子的话，就是由原句的although引导的让步状语从句变成了平行结构的主句了吗？？？这样不就是改变了原句的关系了吗？？为什么这样还是正确的呢？？谢谢大家了！！我是新手~不是很懂！烦请大家帮帮忙！

因为原句是病句，前后句是并列关系，但却用了although这种转折的结构，所以要改过来。
