JHU的是offer，收了就不能反悔了。
所以，4.15 前我还有转正的机会吗？
。。
有木有人问过gail？
或者哪位大牛还在犹豫中？

i asked Umich the same question 4 days ago. The reply may be useful to you.

Our Admission Committee has already revisited our waitlist and made some selections. I am not aware if or when additional selections will be made. If you have 3 offers in hand to choose from, you should seriously consider them.
