翻了以前的讨论贴，好像没有谈到in the last century的修饰问题。

1、原句中in the last century修饰how it was ，表达的是与上个世纪的妇女地位比较。

2、答案中in the last century修饰has changed little，表达的是妇女的地位在上个世纪没什么改变。

为什么不是D？我觉得C是改变了句子的原意的，做题的时候就猛犹豫了半天，还是选错了

请各位好心帮忙看看，我的想法是不是错了？
