Most top-10 school don't disclose grades to recruiter. But, guess what, company still has tons of methods to figure that out.

我听说columbia是公开的。另外，好像欧洲的也公开，比如INSEAD.

If you don't want to do I-banking or consulting, GPA does not matter at all. But if you do, you must work hard to get a high GPA. Although the school will not disclose your GPA to them, I-banks and consulting firms will ask you! And I heard UBS recruiters said that " if you don't provide your GPA, we will suppose it to be a low one."
