To the best of my knowledge, West Virginia, Wayne State and a couple of other schools are still in the process of interviewing applicants. Thus, if you tried these, you may still have a chance.

Several top schools prefer to make offers without conducting interviews; however, they have already done so for the year.

建议发邮件问一下吧，然后说说你对该学校很有兴趣之类的。
不过有些学校的确是不需要INTERVIEW的。。
