学校突然要求提交Personal Potential Index，紧急求助！

前天，我收到了CUNY Baruch的PhD in Management的面试通知，通知里写道：
“In addition, we encourage applicants to supply the “Personality Potential Index” (PPI – offered by the Educational Testing Service). The PPI allows external evaluators to provide information about applicants on key attributes that relate to graduate student success. Information can be found at the following web site:http://www.ets.org/ppi. We do not require that you complete this, but would appreciate it if you would be willing to share your results. Please email these back to me at your earliest convenience ”

邮件里说鼓励提交Personal Potential Index report，但不是硬性要求。这个神马PPI我真是第一次听说，查了查网站，其实就是ETS搞的一个标准化网推系统。于是我又发了封邮件给coordinator说快春节了，我的中国老板们都放假，没时间给我做网推，这个东西不做行不行，结果coordinator的邮件马上来了个180度大转弯：
“We do need the Personality Potential Index, and will need it by February 18th.”（2月18号是我面试的那天）

可是ETS 的官网说Personality Potential Index report需要至少15个工作日才能送到学校，即使我的老板们现在给我做网推，2月18号前也绝对不可能送到学校啊。coordinator还口口声声说这个要求再admission page里说了，可我把遍了admission page，并把“Personality Potential Index”作为关键字搜索了学院的网站和CUNY的网站，都没查到任何内容。而且在我的整个网申和寄材料过程中，没有任何人跟我提起这个要求。

各位大大们，我该怎么办？都给我面试机会了，难道学校还会因为这个东西不给我offer吗？而且我确实是今天收到coordinator邮件才知道这个要求的啊。打电话没人接，我已经发邮件去argue了。好不容易来个面试，还这样横生枝节，唉。。

好吧，我在研究生院网站看到了PPI的要求。。。不过也是说“does not require the tool be completed, but encourages students to supply the results”的呀，而且整个申请过程没人跟我要这个东西。不知道coordinator为啥发邮件突然说必须交，而且得赶在2月18号前发给他，现在再做已经完全赶不及了。。。我已经发邮件说明情况并请求宽限一段时间了。还有什么可以做的呢？
