求指点！去银行实习究竟要做些什么呢？

寒假找了国内银行的实习工作，就是三线城市的支行。但是看了各位大神的帖子，都说实习最重要的是你学到了什么，所以还是想去学点东西。因为是托关系找的，所以实习的具体内容看我可以选择。但是这可把我难住了，不知道做哪些方面的内容对于申请才最有利？是具体业务操作，还是还是管理方面的内容（我还可以做行长助理），团队工作应该不会接触到吧。。。求各位指点一下啊！

三线支行没什么技术性的东西，无非就是存贷款业务，存款前台呆上几天，贷款你跟上一两笔业务（可能时间会挺长了）。短期的话，如果能随意挑的话，公司客户部比较锻炼人，当行长助理也不错，什么都能接触到，而且对于全行业务都会比较了解。首推行长助理

You have to understand that as an intern who is still a college student, it is nearly impossible for you to handle any truly important projects at your bank. Most likely, you will be doing tedious work that’s smaller in scope. However, this internship offers you a great opportunity to experience a real business and how it runs. I would highly recommend that you observe and learn as much as possible while on the job. It is incredibly valuable to learn about the organization, the responsibilities of employees, the teamwork necessary, and the overall workflow and cash flow. Treat the internship as an excellent experience to learn, and you’ll find it will be very rewarding. Hope this helps!
