额。。面试完一阵紧张算个什么事呀

之前还把面试时间搞错了。。提前了一个小时给人家说。。。无语了
好了。。进入正题。。个人觉得面的题目很多。。累屎人了

1. why MBA
2. why case
3. Describe your leadership style
4. How woukd you like to improve your leadership skills
5. What is your short term goal?
6. Is there a specific role you would like to have?
7. Do you have a company in mind that you would like to work for?
8. So you would you like to do an internship in the US and then go back to China immediately after you graduate?
9. So fifteen years from now I will invite you back to CASE as a keynote speaker. I will have the opportunity to introduce you. What will I say?
10. Tell me about your experiecne working on a team when you were not the leader
11. What role did you play specifically to help the team?

感觉好多问题都是根据你的答案延伸出来的。。。太抠细节了。。
总共面了27分钟
中间还有因为网速的问题听不清她说话。。。后来她就把问题打下来了
面完就觉得有的问题都不知道答得什么
说的太快了

而且本人G只有610
大妈还问了有木有打算再考
瞬间亚历山大啊~

最后的最后
她说了1.15给我答复。。。
攒人品攒人品！！保佑2013一开头就开开心心！

嗯。。。没有时间限制的。。。你回答的时候她就在做着记录。。说完了她就下一个问题。。。总共面试时间应该不超过30分钟。。。
