答案是E，我觉得在A和E中选了一下还是选了A，但是A也有缺陷就是by+动名词和by+名词的平行了。。

那么难道E也准确的吗?就是with +名词和by+名词的平行？？

第一个。

A。 “介词 + 动名词” 和 “介词 + 名词”。
E. “介词 + 名词” 和 “介词 + 名词”。

第二个。

in，通过做东西。
to, 有表示目的的概念。

I think that the wrong in A is the company’s. By using should be okay here.

For second question, in measuring the movements of the Sun and Moon is used to modify The skill and the precision of the Anasazi. The infinitive to measure can not be used so.

兄弟一语道破啊！！做了那么多的语法了，现在老栽在这么小的细节错误上。。。i以后考试真的要看看清楚了。。。

至于那个in 和to的还是不怎么明白

Why infinitive to do can not modify a N, please refer to OG-11-18:

Computers are becoming faster, more powerful, and more reliable, and so too are modems, they are the
devices to allow two or more computers to share information over regular telephone lines.

To allow is not an idiomatic way to modify devices; either that allow or allowing would be correct.

Hope this expamle can help you clarify the infinitive and the decorated phase.
