D　和Ｅ主语都是many people,表达上的区别感觉上有点不同，但是又说不出来，　我选Ｄ是喜欢be disinclined to do sth E 中的have a disinclination to do sth 好象太文邹了．他们的具体区别在那里呢？另外Ｅ　明显有对比的意思．不明白Ｄ是怎样表达intended contrast. 帮忙分析分析吧．

E中的while 后省略了being（因为williing是形容词），前半个分句的动词have被默认为while从句的动词，导致后面的结构变成了while have  willing to admit ……，所以E是错的。
