请问这个是AD么？UIUC MSF

收到邮件开头如下：

Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that your application to the Master of Science in Finance (MSF) program has been evaluated by our admission committee and we are recommending you for admission to the Graduate College beginning in June 2013. Your admission is subject to final approval of the Graduate College. Admission to the MSF is very competitive and the committee is highly selective of the applicants they recommend for admission. I offer you my sincere congratulations on this achievement.

You will receive electronic confirmation of your official admission by the Graduate College once it is completed. ...

还有说要交定金之类的事。

我觉得像是ad，但是不知道graduate college的final approval是怎么个意思？还会再刷人吗？

不知道有没有人能解答一下？谢谢啦！
