除了不平衡错误，A和B选项中，as well as athletes exercising结构在位置上有没有错误?

即：A中as well as athletes exercising除了可以和前面的heart patients’ exercise并列，有没有可能和前面的Monitoring heart patients’ exercise并列？同作主语？

as well as athletes exercising本来在原句中是做插入成分的，省去也不会影响句子原意，但C选项将其提出来改成the exercise of both heart patients and athletes，变成了句子不可缺少的成分，按照白勇讲的，这是改变原句的合理意思呀！

那位NN出来解释一下？
