请教manhattan SC关于虚拟语气中 hypothetical subjunctive里if then语句的用法

p116 提供了五种if then 句型
1 general rule with no certainty
2 general rule with some certainty
3 particular case (in the future)with no certainty
4 unlikely case(in the future)
5 case that never happened (in the past)

没明白这些分类的含义，看了例句也不懂怎么区分这五种。。。特别是第三种情况还有两个句型1）if sb. do sth. ,then sb. will do ...2)if sb. have done sth. , then sb. will do... 为什么从句是do 和have done时，主句都是will do？

请大家帮忙解答下，谢谢~~~
