第一题答案是A，没问题
第二题答案是A，我有点小疑惑

an evolutionary advantage 指代的是resistant to malaria，而不是malaria，我一开始选的是C，谁能解释一下C错在哪里？

如果我把这到题改一下，People who inherit the sickle cell anemia gene from only one parent seem to be resistant to malaria, a disease ....，语法上是否成立呢？

C错在改变了句子意思，an evolutionary advantage that 是同位语修饰前面整句话。
