我一直很困惑opening modifier的在句子中的成分问题，如这道题，我都是拿来当非谓语动词来做的，digging...这一部分是修饰整个句子还是主句动词呢？这一部分是做状语表示方式吗？thx~

状语，修饰主句动词，逻辑主语是主句主语。
