问题1：为啥WAS要提前
问题2；如果A选项把MORE换成GREATER的话，那么A选项是否正确

为了避免头重教轻，采用倒装。不倒也行,看上去不好看。greater their likelihood of having coronary disease was.
A答案变成他们更有可能而不是可能性更大。改变句意。
不对之处，请高手指教。
