问GWD语法题，希望大家帮忙讨论解答O(∩_∩)O

正确句子为：At the annual stockholders meeting,investors heard a presentation on the numerous challenges facing the company, among them the threat of a rival's multibillion-dollar patent-infringement suit and the decline in sales of the company's powerful microprocessor chip.

不明白的地方是，后半句的成分。因为前面半句我感觉已经是一个完整的句子了，而且后半句不是完整的句子，是做解释说明吗？是不是可以有这种用法用于补充的？谢谢咯~

举个简单的例子 He came into the room， a cellphone in his hand
也可以倒装 in his hand a cellphone

很明显中间是插入语用来解释说明的，去掉句子仍然完整漂亮。但是我不明白，这句中间的插入语为什么可以使完整的句子？用于补充说明句子的成分必须是完整的句子吗？那比如中间换成 exhibition swimming with music accompaniment 这样可以吗？谢啦~~~类似这样的插入语到底该怎么用呢

先说明一下这个插入语不是完整的句子而是个名词性短语核心词就是swimming 其他的都是修饰成分 exhibition是名词修饰名词 in which开始是定语从句

（展示性的）游泳（在这种游泳方式中，一个或多个游泳运动员的动作与音乐协调一致）

同样，你举例的第一题，后半句也不是完整句。

Many financial experts believe that policy makers at the Federal Reserve ,now veiwing the economy as balanced between moderate growth and how inflation,are almost certain to leave interest rates unchanged for the forseeable future. veiwing的主语是policy makers并不是financial experts, 虽然policy makers是从句主语，但是句子主语是experts,那是不是类似这种主语套从句的，后面的Ing动作执行者都是从句主语而非句子主语呢？

找出主干 FE believe that PM ，。。。，are 。。。
逗号之间的是插入语其实是作为后置定语修饰policy makers的

举个简单的例子 The bird ， floating in the lake， is a beautiful swan。你也可以补全理解 the bird that is floating in the lake is a swan.

我觉得，and后面应该是完整的句子但是显然这里没有主语~用了前半句的主语当主语。。。。为什么可以呢？？？

这里斜线部分用many of which are in 为什么是错误的呢。。。

Q1：and平行，前后可以是动词，名词，形容词，从句。。。。当两个句子and平行时，如果and连接的句子主语相同，则使用主语省略的形式：SV（O） and V(O)----benefits come from.....and inhibit......

Q2:首先LZ应该可以判断，which修饰的是women，而非限定语从句严格要求which/that 都不可以指代人。。。。所以错误。。。。LZ仔细看一下，其实many of them就是前面名词短语的后置同位语。。。。。
