很菜。托福写作一次18 一次20。第一次在考场外写一篇完整的托福作文。花了将近两个小时才憋了这么篇东西出来。。非常希望能得到大家的指点。希望这次能上25。。。为了破百努力！！！我会坚持的！！！
Choosing whether to buy a house or a businesswith a huge amount of money is a difficult question to people from all walks oflife. Different people with dissimilar professions will definitely have variousanswers. Mid-aged citizens are much more likely to allocate these capitals onasset than seniors in their retirement. Business men have a larger probabilityto invest the money to business as join venture than undergraduate students whoare seeking for their own private places and living beyond the administrationof their parents. As a newcomer out of the nest of campus to the career field, nooption is considered to be more acceptable than spending the money on a house.
There is no denying the fact that commutingis the most torturing and suffering events that white-collars would ever beingask the most hate thing in a working day, especially for those who live in metropolis with atotal population extremely exceed that of its land area. There is an increasingnumber of people beginning to complain the nuisance when they take public transits. Each day they have to experience variousdisgusting but unavoidable moment like squishing up in a subway train like sardinepacked in the can, standing still for up to one hour. However, nothing is moregrateful and more relaxing than to have a house near someone’s workplace. Soprecious is the time that we can’t afford to waste it. Saving the commutingtime, we could read newspaper while we are having breakfast to enhance ourknowledge, we could also do some physical exercise like jog in the morning tobuild a sound body.
In addition, before having a house near ourworkplace, we seldom have time to company our parents. Empty-nested syndrome isa common mental disease among those parents whose children are beginning to moveout of the house where they spent all the premier time with them. Time is needfor the parents to be accustomed to the life style after their children leftfrom home. Loneliness and feeling of isolated are among the biggest problem of thoseparents’’ serious negative attitude which may probably induced their rest oflifetime and have negative impact on their health. It is conceivable thataccompany plays an significant role in their life. That is the reason why weneed to buy a house. Nothing is more important than the family we cherish.
Although we may earn a lot of buck if we successfullybecame the winner in this business, facts that failure in investing business innowadays’ risky and unstable economic situation should never be too late toconsider. I have neither the luck to become the headline of the rigs-to-richesstory, nor the intelligence on skills in politics and economics. The onlyknowledge I bring to home is the value of the precious and transient time wespent with our family. |
